Microsoft re-brands its Business Solutions to Microsoft Dynamics

Microsoft is re-branding its Microsoft Business Solutions to Microsoft Dynamics. The new brand name will form part of Microsofts project green initiative to incorporate all of the Microsofts enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as one core product line. This innovation will take place in two waves, the first wave is planned between this year and 2007 and the second wave due in 2008.

Microsoft Dynamics forms part of Microsofts road map, giving customers the confidence that Microsoft is investing in this core product line to develop and enhance its business solutions products.

Navision 5.0 will be released at the end of the year with its new name Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
