For a total IT support service QSSD offers hardware/networking and OS support through their IT infrastructure support and consultancy partner CNC.
Working in partnership with CNC, an IT solutions provider, QSSD offer a total IT support service alongside your Microsoft Dynamics NAV support agreement with QSSD. This will enable you to outsource the whole of your IT and log any support issues through a single provider allowing your people to concentrate on the daily running of your business.
CNC target their services specifically at the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market, and focus on the provision of support services for mission critical server systems, client desktops and associated infrastructure.
Via a dedicated ServiceDesk facility at CNC head office, their technicians use a combination of remote support tools and a rapid response on-site service to deliver enterprise quality support to their customers.
In addition they offer a range of products and services that address all aspects of specifying, procuring, configuring, managing and maintaining business IT.
CNC also provide a service called 2ndSite which is an affordable Disaster Recovery service ideal for small and medium sized businesses. 2ndSite takes your key systems and, in real time, replicates it to a secure 2nd site. Should a disaster occur, your operations are transferred to back up servers at the 2nd site and the business can continue to run allowing you to continue your business operations.
