No Nonsense! Our methodology
is simple: we concentrate on doing simple things well by listening to our
customer's aspirations and finding out what makes them special.
By understanding how your business works we then add our implementation and
support experience and together reach a solution that works and provides
justifiable returns.
Prior to contractual agreement we spend time on site carrying out business
assessments to determine the value of changing software. If the value
justifies the expense, the allocation of staff and management time, then an
outline will be drawn up to determine the objectives for the project.
QSSD then provide strong project leadership, workable project plans and on
going advice and guidance in order to deliver according to project
objectives.
